Sawdust

It's rare to see sawdust on the floors of butcher shops now. The sawdust absorbs any blood from the hanging carcasses in the shop. I hadn't seen it in so long, until recently in the Liberties, that I thought it had gone as a result of the plethora of new EU food regulations.
