I believe state and state institutions are in trouble today. I have a funny story about the state authority touching pleasures of my body. I chained my bicycle on a railing of an official building in Belfast. When I returned back to get the bicycle these instructions you see on the screen, neatly packed in plastic, were attached to the bicycle.
